Piano

3/02/2013

I used a very, very thin sheet styrene for the body of the piano and wrapped it around the base.  I glued it with Goo, a rubber cement because it's gap filling.

Tiny bits used for the hinges.

I glued the model with Testors model glue and Goo.  The wax paper protects the working surface.

I put a bit of glue on the hinges first to soften them before applying them.

Flip the piano upside down for pedals and legs.  I made several different legs from tubing, square tubes and even sprue.
