Tiger Repair

12/10/2015

Sometimes I buy collections of used Roco.  This set of Tiger tank tracks were broken up.

I decided to repair them and put them in service with a Tomy Tiger I.  The Tomy Tiger I has rubber tracks that rot to bits in a few years.  I always replace them with Roco tracks.

I have a couple damaged tracks and I am cutting them up and swapping bits.

A razor saw to cut them up.

Fit two parts back together and glue them from the inside with a bit of sheet plastic for strength.
