These are the new Caesar Miniatures WWII German Soldiers with Tank Riders
They were $11.95 at my local hobby shop.
These are the HaT set, they are 1/72nd scale I think they fit just fine on a Roco Tiger I.
Caesar has just introduced a lot of new figures, mostly WWII German in multi part sets.
