The Tomy kit is plastic, rubber tracks and die cast metal and small bits. Tomy made about 9 HO scale military vehicles and except for the crappy tracks they were very nice. I have seen most of them and have several of them.
This is the turret. The brass metal bit holds the gun barrel up in position.
The tank hull has great details, as you can see here. Also a nice antenna.
They come unpainted, this one was painted in the turret and hull, but not the plastic bits.
