Status Report
I have been upgrading and repairing and sorting my WWII German Tiger tank collection.
The vehicles in this battalion have all been inspected and repaired as needed.
Some were simply brushed off.
Others required extensive repairs, or conversions.
Some will have a bit of additional work when they receive their final assignment.
All of these vehicles have been primed and are ready for final assignment and painting.
When assigned to their final units, they may receive additional detail parts and then will get their final painting and decals.
JagdTiger
The third company.
JagdTiger with the 128mm L/66 gun, longer and more powerful.
Due to the war situation, vehicles are placed in the same battalion that were never intended to serve together.
These tank destroyers were intended to serve separately from the tanks.
Still, the are a powerful addition to the fighting power of this unit.
Tiger Battalion
A line charge Tiger to take out minefields. A driver training vehicle can be turned into a supply vehicle. Using compressed gas for fuel, it leaves more fuel for the combat tanks.
Old Tigers still have teeth.
Old and new serving together.
With Allied air superiority, the addition of anti-aircraft vehicles is essential.
Quad 20mm guns!
This will keep those ground attack aircraft at bay!
