More primer painting.
Hot Wheels and plastic truck.
Turn them after each side dries and get all the vehicle covered.
Drill out the rivet on the Hot Wheels car and just paint the metal body, so the wheels and window "glass" don't get painted over.
Then get the Rustoleum paint out for the overall color after priming.
